Return and Refund Policy

Be in the original packaging.
Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Personal care items (cosmetics, hygiene products).
Gift cards or downloadable digital products.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
You will receive the credit depending on your card issuer’s policies.
If your return is not approved (for example, the item is used or not in its original condition), we will notify you and may ship the item back at your request.
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us before sending it back.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund in certain cases.
